1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to Nex4 CRM. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are authorised to act for your business and agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Nex4 CRM provides contact, company, pipeline, follow-up, notification, workspace, and related business-management tools. Features may change as the service develops. WhatsApp tools prepare links or message templates; users remain responsible for reviewing and sending messages.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your staff use the service lawfully.

4. Trial and billing

Personal subscriptions are charged when Stripe Checkout is completed and renew monthly until cancelled. Eligible Business Starter and Business Growth subscriptions may receive the free-trial period displayed at Checkout. A valid payment method is required before an eligible trial starts; Stripe automatically charges the selected monthly price after the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Current pricing, trial eligibility, currency, taxes, and billing frequency are displayed before you confirm Checkout.

Each eligible customer may receive one trial unless Nex4 approves otherwise. Attempts to create repeated trials may be blocked.

5. Cancellation

You may schedule cancellation from the Billing page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period, and access continues until that date. You may resume before the cancellation takes effect. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by Malaysian law or expressly agreed by Nex4.

6. Payment processing

Payments and card details are processed by Stripe. Nex4 stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers but does not store your full card number. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy notices.

7. Customer data and privacy

You retain responsibility for the contacts, messages, files, and other business data entered into Nex4 CRM. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to collect and use that data. Nex4 processes account and CRM data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in line with applicable Malaysian data-protection requirements.

Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal data, passwords, payment credentials, or unlawful content. Contact support@mail.nex4.my for access, correction, or deletion requests.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Nex4 CRM for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, malware, attempts to bypass security, or activities prohibited by law or third-party services. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Nex4 CRM available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, or security events may temporarily affect access. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the service or email before taking effect where reasonably possible.

10. Intellectual property

Nex4 retains rights in the service, design, software, branding, and documentation. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes during an active trial or subscription.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nex4 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, loss caused by user instructions, third-party services, or data entered in breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Termination and data export

You may stop using the service at any time. Nex4 may suspend or terminate an account for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or unlawful use. Contact support before access ends if you require reasonable assistance exporting available business data.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Malaysian courts have jurisdiction where a dispute cannot be resolved informally.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms, billing, privacy, or the service can be sent to support@mail.nex4.my.
